This modern, fully renovated apartment is perched on a large corner lot in the heart of North Chatt. Just minutes to Coolidge Park , the Walnut Street Bridge and to the many restaurants on Frazier, the Tennessee Aquarium, and Stringer's Ridge. The property features a living space with an office nook, Smart TVs in all rooms, Queen bedroom, Full bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer available in the "unfinished" private basement as well as 2 bikes for your use!

Enjoy coffee on the covered front porch before taking a stroll on the sidewalks while exploring the area. This community is super friendly and is perfect for biking, jogging, strolling, however you like to get around!
