Comfy beds, has all the necessities!
We were looking for a quick, easy place to stay to explore downtown Chattanooga, and this location was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it had all the necessities we needed for a night stay in the city. Would recommend to others!

This was the perfect house for my family of four’s trip to Chattanooga! The house was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. My kids (ages three and five) loved being able to walk to the wonderful playground around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Stay in Chattanooga
This was a great place for our stay in Chattanooga. The house was bright, open, and clean. Nothing is far away and there's even a good selection of businesses within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, simple place to stay.

We drove 6 hours and this was my first time to visit Chattanooga and our first long(ish) family trip together outside of a couple hours. We had a blast and my 5 year old loved it!! The house was clean, the security system was nice, and we had all the little necessities you needed in the household even for cooking. The neighbors were quiet and one in particular was very nice and always waved or said hello to us when she saw us and even sat on the sidewalk with us while we watched fireworks for the 4th. You really feel at home here. You’re about 15 minutes from pretty much everything and there is a nice park a short walking distance away so great for anyone with kids! The host is great and stayed in communication with me throughout this process. Highly recommend especially for a small family

The green house
The house was lovely and very clean. All the necessities were provided. The location was a great and easy drive to downtown. This was my first time in Tennessee and I was unfamiliar with the area. The neighborhood was your typical inner city neighborhood. The next door neighbor’s yard had empty beer cans, a shoe, and an overturned table in their front yard as well as frequent guests. We never had any problems with them and felt safe with the security system. There was an awesome playground close by for the kids which we loved!

Alexis was a great host! She responded in a timely manner and has her property set up so cute! Everything was super clean and we loved our stay! The commute to Aquarium was about 10 mins! And our little loved the park that was a block away.

Close to water front. We did not drive more than 20 mins. to where we wanted to go. Main interest was golf should have booked ahead but did manage to do 4 rounds. Only down side it would be cramped for 4 adults to sit and watch tv. Good for 2 adults and 2 kids

Felt Very Safe!
I loved this property as it was perfect for single female traveler. They have a security system and bolting locks. I stayed one night alone and the next with niece but I slept soundly the night I was alone. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. There was also a small parking pad to keep from parking on the street. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. I will try to book the gem again. Thank you so much!!!
