With a large L-shaped sofa, two tub chairs, and a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, this is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Behind the tub chairs is an antique boat bar which is a fantastic statement to the room and includes the essential captain's hat—the patio doors behind the sofa open onto the South facing patio garden.
Please note that Netflix is an app on the smart TV and doesn't have a specific house account. Guests are welcome to use their own Netflix account and any other streaming services available with their login, but please make sure that you log out at the end of your stay.
Dining Room
On the other side of the lounge is the dining area, with a great dining table that seats six guests. The owner loves interior design, so you'll need to keep your eyes peeled for some of the quirky antiques and wall art. The dining room has large patio doors that open onto the private and fenced-back garden.
Kitchen
Leading into the Kitchen, you'll find everything you would need to cook a family meal during your stay, especially on the classic Range Master oven. The Kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker, double oven, fridge, wine fridge and freezer, so you have everything you need in your home away from home. There's also a Nespresso Coffee Machine.
Bedroom 2
You'll also find a twin bedroom with a full bathroom on the other side of the ground floor. This is a great addition, especially for those with limited mobility. Although not wide enough for a wheelchair, it is perfect for those who struggle with stairs. The bathroom has a large shower with accessibility handles, a seat, a toilet, and a wash hand basin. The bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds. Ideal for Grandparents coming to stay with the family.
Garage
Inside the garage are plenty of things for the kids to do and turn into their den while on holiday. There is a smart TV, an L-shaped couch and even a vintage Space Invaders arcade machine.
