"I like the hotel. It needs a dark out curtain as streetlight was coming thru transparent curtain. Overall cleanliness was good. Check in staffs are ineligible for the job they are doing, very impolite, and rude."

"The TV was brand new and hadn't been set up after attempting our selves and got no where the front desk lady (at the end of her shift) came and tried with no success. They moved us to a different room and voila happy kids. Thank you for being so accommodating with everything. Super nice , friendly staff 😀 couldn't ask for a better home away from home even if only for 1 night"

"The front desk staff was the absolute best! I'm sorry that I didn't get the young woman's name who checked us in, but she was a doll and went way above to help us find a place to eat on New Year's Day. This was just a quick overnight stop for us, so we didn't use many of the facilities but everything was clean and up to par. We had only 3 "dislikes". The elevator needs a service call, very jerky. "Beautiful facility, comfortable bed but no coffee in the lobby was not very hospitable. There is a small coffee maker in the room but I prefer fresh brewed coffee. "
