"The Ledford House was perfect for our group. The house is exactly as depicted. It is super cute, offers plenty of space and had everything we needed. We loved learning about the history and all the barber shop paraphernalia was fun to see. The property is located on a busy street with mostly commercial businesses surrounding it. Morning traffic is a little loud if you are a light sleeper. The overall location was convenient. We would stay here again without hesitation!"

"Blue Heron was the perfect location for our family who were in Ruston for a LA Tech graduation. The house and grounds are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The house was spacious and the kitchen extremely well stocked. An added bonus were the cookies, blue Heron ornament, and snacks that greeted us when we arrived. "Aside from a few initial quirks, our stay of two weeks was enjoyable. Our hosts Sheri and JD were genial and informative. As we never had dwelt in a trailer, it was quite the experience. Chatham is a good hub for visiting Monroe, Shreveport and surroundings. Natchez and Vicksburg is an overnight trip. "
