"Definitely a budget hotel with a room barely bigger than the bed. Shower room clean and functional. Perfect if what you need is a clean safe hotel to stay the night. It is very new and in a newly redeveloped neighborhood. Carrefour, a gym and places to eat next door. We greatly enjoyed Moustache bar and Phuket restaurant close by. "Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"I loved the hotel. Its staff were very pleasant and always willing to help. The room had everything we needed. With a nice big tub to soak in and relax. It also had a towel warmer and we were provided with bathrobes. I could not think of a better area to stay in. Lots of restaurants and boulangeries at different pice points It's an easy walk to Notre Dame and Louvre, and metro. "

"An amazing 4 night stay at Hotel de Roubaix still can’t believe it’s only 2 stars. 3 of us stayed in a family (triple) room and were delighted with the decor, beds, bathroom and cleanliness. Great location to explore some of the popular attractions in Paris and the metro line (4) is a 5 minute walk away (Reamus Sebastopol). Only 1 change at Garde de Nord and less than 1 hour from the airport. Hotel is quirky annd unique and has character and charm of its own. Staff on reception were lovely and very helpful and my daughter loved the hotel dogs who sit quietly in reception. Breakfast was available at the hotel but there’s so many places nearby that we didn’t bother. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and it will be a first choice when visiting Paris again. "
