Très bon emplacement
Appartement agréable avec balcon sans vis à vis, quasiment au pied de l'océan, très propre, bien équipé et tranquille. Stationnement sans problème au pied de la résidence. Le centre à 15 mn à pied. Je recommande. Il manque juste un ventilateur quand la grosse chaleur arrive. Et la télévision, bizarrement placée dans un meuble, est peu visible du canapé !

Appartement bien situé
Appartement bien situé et bien équipé seul bémol séjour pendant canicule avec soleil tout l'après-midi. Il y faisait très chaud et impossible de faire des courants d'air. Propreté : retrouvé du verre cassé sur une étagère dans la cuisine, tapis de salle de bain sale et aspiration du sol très moyenne. Logement avec ascenseur en panne toute la semaine.

Satisfait sauf remise des clés
Ce qui est très dommage est que la remise et le dépôt des clés se fait sur La Rochelle à l’agence Foncia, à 20min du logement , soit une perte de 40min (Aller-retour) le jour du départ ! Ce point devrait être amélioré ou précisé avant la réservation !!
