"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. "This hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The hotel also provided a free local transport card. The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. The staff were always friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. Great breakfast buffet too. "
