Ancient factory still as it was when built in 1903, using its own water driven machines and electricity generator. A tour was included during our stay. Although somewhat isolated, access to restaurant services available within 10 to 15 minutes by driving to the external road, outside the boundary fence, of a motorway service area and passing through a pedestrian gate to shop as required. "

"Excellent place for our overnight stop on the way south. Beautifully appointed rooms and public areas and a lovely garden We were met on arrival by the owner and shown round. As the owner is a champagne producer a complimentary bottle of their champagne was also provided. Will stay again."

"We had a lovely week here in August. The pool was great for the kids and the peace, quiet and lovely wine was great for the adults. The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed.
