"We had a great relaxing break at Emma’s cottage. The location is good with plenty of options for restaurants and places to visit. The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. We will definitely be coming back at some point in the future as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended place to stay"

On the plus side, both the interior and the outdoor areas are spacious, with lots of different places to be. "La maison est dans un petit village calme avec une boulangerie, une epicerie et une pharmacie. La cour est fermée et grande. La piscine est immense et magnifique et très ensoleillée. La maison est magnifique, grande, tres bien décorée avec goût, tres pratique avec une grange aménagée parfaite pour les soirées jeux en famille. Tout est pensé pour notre confort avec les lits prêts, les serviettes et les torchons. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour et nous reviendrons."

Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping.
