"This is a hidden gem! Patrick welcomes you warmly and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The quiet and beauty of the gardens adds to the pleasure. Great Property

"We stayed here for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze. The house is great and exactly as you see from the photos. It’s very comfortable and was cool in the hot weather. Everything you need is there. The coffee machines were a god send also! The pool and surrounding garden are also lovely. We even saw a deer one morning! The owner of the property couldn’t have been nicer. He contacted me before we arrived and gave me supermarket and bakery recommendations. He was constantly available to us for any problems and help if needed. Thank you so much for this. It is situated a very short drive from the center of Bergerac which had plenty of shops and restaurants. The market on Wednesday mornings was also great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. I would certainly stay again if we decide to go on holiday in France again soon."

"Well done to Marion and her team. They have booked us Taxis, made us Pizzas, provided local information for buses, shops and restaurants, supplied extra towels and a hairdryer. The continental style breakfast is good value in price, and the facility is clean and well managed. Everyone has spoken English, been polite, friendly and professional. This may be called a Hotel Ibis “Budget”, but it has high standards and all the staff work hard. Room 307 is at end of the corridor. It is a good size with separate shower (fabulous) and toilet."

Picturesque Bergerac Break

"We had a great stay at La Maison Ocre. The Gite is a good size and has a nice relaxed feel. The views of the vineyard are lovely and we enjoyed seeing Deer, Hares, Woodpeckers and more. The pool is excellent and this helped us to cool off in the hot weather. There were lots of things to do in the area and Bergerac centre was only a short drive away. Amazing

"Just returned from 10 days at this property. Quite easily the best accommodation we have stayed at in France. Frank is a fantastic host and very accommodating. Communication and check in was simple. The house and pool are absolutely impeccable. Designed and renovated to an extremely high standard. Everything was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Hoping to return very soon."
