Superb holiday home with private pool

Discover this detached, natural stone holiday home with private pool that has been beautifully restored. It boasts a location completely out of sight, against a mountain. The authentic building, accessed via a stone entrance, comfortably accommodates a family or 2 couples.

In the region you will find several unmissable sites, caves, rivers, children's parks, museums and beautiful villages such as Balazuc or Voguë. You can go canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or take a walk through its distinctive nature.

Next to the house is a large terrace with olive trees, lavender and rosemary. From the beautiful swimming pool you can enjoy the wide views of the countryside below. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a nice barbecue. Moreover, it is secured by a fence and you can enjoy a relaxing time there in complete privacy. At the front of the house there is a nice covered area where you can eat in privacy. At the back, you will find a balcony with breathtaking views of Mont Gerbier des Joncs (source of the Loire), the Ventoux and the Alpine chain. An orientation board there tells you more about the view.

Five star stay in the ardeche
Perfect location perched at the top of a hill with uninterupted views . The house was spotlessly clean and well thought out . Marie and Dominic were so helpful and perfect hosts . We cant praise the overall experience enough . Will definitely return

Wir haben uns durch die Fotos auf der Belvilla-Website in das Haus verliebt. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen haben uns überzeugt. Unsere Erwartungen waren sehr hoch, aber dieser Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Wie wunderbar es war. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Besitzer sind äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zusätzlich zu all den fantastischen Einrichtungen ist dieses Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Ardèche zu entdecken. Die Ruhe, der Platz, die Aussicht, dieses Haus bekommt von uns eine große 10!!! Marie et Dominique, vielen Dank für Ihre guten Wünsche und die gesellige Soirée. Super uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux en nog verder, de Alpen. Vreselijke aardige gastheer. Er stond een fles wijn koud en toastjes met een smeerseltje. Hij doet onwijs zijn best om alles duidelijk te maken. Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt in dit huisje. Je kan het zo gek niet opnoemen. Een herhaling waard.

De gastheer Dominique heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen, helemaal top. Je bent echt even weg van alles. Geen lawaai, geen lichtvervuiling en als je daar voor kiest wel contact met de buitenwereld middels een goede WiFi verbinding. het uitzicht is schitterend. Wij hebben helaas storm en regen gehad dus geen gebruik van het zwembad kunnen maken maar zeker de moeite waard hier nog eens terug te komen.

Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und Ruhe zu haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Der Ausblick, die Poolanlage und das gesamte Haus sind spektakulär. Allerdings SEHR angelegen, was und sehr gefallen hat.

Hier stimmt alles. Das wohl ruhigste Ferienhaus das wir je hatten. Zudem ist dieses Haus auffallend ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Auch für Hunde ist das Haus ideal. Die täglichen Spaziergänge direkt ab Haus hat unser Hund immer genossen. Dazu kommt ein fantastischer Weitblick den man auf die Umgebung vom Haus aus hat. Einfach nur herrlich. Gekrönt wurde der Aufenthalt von Vermietern denen das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Hierfür gibt es die Bestnote. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Also, die Bewertung kommt zwar etwas spät, aber es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit zwei ganz lieben Vermietern. Wir waren im August 2019 da und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft und den netten Abend auf Französisch, Spanisch und Englisch und verstanden haben wir uns trotzdem. Grüße Simone & Klaus mit Cliffi und Duke

Wat een fantastische plek ! We werden meer dan vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, alles tiptop in orde. als je van rust houdt is dit prachtige huis op de berg een aanrader ! voorzien van alle luxe, met privé zwembad en 3 terrassen waar je van het uitzicht kunt genieten.

De weg naar boven eindigt op de parkeerplaats bij het huis. Het uitzicht is werkelijk geweldig. Normaal heb je dat na een stevige wandeling, maar hier vanaf je balkon, inclusief een panoramatafel. Echt uniek. Prachtig huis. En ook een zwembad met datzelfde uitzicht. Eigenaar is heel gastvrij. Wijn en water als welkom, regelmatig even checken of alles in orde is, en vers gebakken croissants bij vertrek. Borg is flauwekul en als er toevallig iets breekt, risico van het vak. En natuurlijk een prachtige omgeving. Een echte aanrader.

Van 07/07/18 - 14/07/18 hier verbleven met een zoontje van 9. In één woord geweldig!. Ligging en uitzicht is eenvoudig schitterend, en de omgeving nodig uit tot wandelen, uit eten gaan en kanoën. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en groot genoeg voor 2 personen en twee kinderen, en voor weinig extra kun je ook het separate onderste gedeelte erbij huren (soort apartementje met 2-persoonsbed. Dit gedeelte verhuurt de charmante eigenaar Dominique nooit apart. Wat over de eigenaar (un homme très sympa!) is geschreven klopt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ('u betaalt de huur en ik betaal de wijn'). Wij waren 2 spellen voor de Playstation van ons zoontje vergeten, en die heeft Dominique op eigen kosten naar ons verstuurd, betaling weigerde hij.
