"Our experience was superb. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The views from the bedroom were stunning and on one occasion we were able to witness the full arch of a rainbow. Check in was welcoming and the surrounding area lovely. Thank you for letting us stay. A real iconic moment. "

"This beautifully restored Mill House was a perfect location for our exploration of Burgundy and its many wine regions, towns and cities. "A lovely property in a great location. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and it's a great base for exploring the area with its fantastic vineyards. It took us a while to find a good boulangerie for our breakfast bread and croissants, but we did eventually find one in St Gengoux - worth the 11km round trip. If you like walking or cycling then you'll love the Voie Verte. Good places to visit: St Gengoux, Cormatin castle, Solutré, Cluny, Taizé, Beaune."

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."
