"We’ve just had the most relaxing overnight stay at 13Bees, what a real shame we couldn’t have stayed longer. The setting is magical, just overlooking the river, beautiful house with gorgeous terrace, lovely bedrooms, yummy breakfast. Easy walking distance from eatery’s & shops. We couldn’t have been made more welcome by Amanda & Kev they’re super hosts.Be sure to buy some of their honey, they’re the experts on it! Hidden Gem don’t miss it! Chris & Neill Berry Uk"

"The Maison and its garden is very relaxing. On top of that the hosting is done by Catherine who is very service driven and completesthe whole package. By good conversation and observation Catherine knows very quickly what your needs are during breakfast and by making up your room she thrives to optimal comfort. As she notices we liked to stay a day in the maison she offered fridge capacity to cool our drinks and left extra pain au chocolat for later in the afternoon. Spendit! Our stay in Maison...

A valley in the heart of the village

"Extremely welcoming hosts; could not have asked for better. First week in large bed-sitting room with separate toilet and separate bathroom, second week in en suite room. The property has a shaded terrace with a large table and chairs; other parts of the garden have more secluded seating. Use of the large guest kitchen was great. It was like a home from home. The table d'hote offered was a perfect way to enjoy fantastic local cuisine and to socialise with our hosts. The house is within easy...

"An excellent host in an amazing setting. It is very isolated, dinner must be organised the day before directly with the owner. If not nearest restaurant is 10km away, however this is excellent and well worth a visit. Breakfast first class."

"Lovely location and spacious living. Only downside is the number of steps especially between rooms. Not for anyone who has problems with stairs. Otherwise, a well equipped kitchen with good sized fridge & freezer. Our hostess even went out and bought some champagne flutes because I said I enjoyed sparkling wine."
