Très bon accueil. J'ai réservé pour la nuit du 25 décembre au départ (1 adulte et 2 enfants) et m'attendais à une chambre classique avec une toute petite douche à côté des WC, ce ne fut pas le cas. La chambre était plus spacieuse qu'habituellement car c était une chambre pour 4 personnes . Il y avait même une salle de bain avec baignoire. C'était étonnant pour un hôtel Première classe . Finalement j' ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit. Comme mon fils était malade, la réceptionniste a trouvé une solution afin que nous ne soyons pas dans l'obligation de changer de chambre entre les deux nuits, ce que j'ai apprécié de sa part. Elle a été adorable depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très correct également. Seul bémol, le parc du Futuroscope était un peu plus éloigné de l'hôtel à pied que ce que nous avions vu sur différents sites . Il faut compter une bonne quinzaine- vingtaine de minutes jusqu'au parking du Futuroscope.
