Great hotel - happy to return
Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

Close to Futurocope
Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

We just needed a hotel for a single night for our family and the Futuroscope was absolutely grand. It was great being able to book connecting rooms and they worked really well. We arrived at about 10pm, so sadly weren't able to get food at the hotel. There are takeaway places close to the hotel, so we could grab something there. There's also a decent place for breakfast just next door. We took a trip into Poitiers itself, which was really nice. It cost about 20 euros each way in a taxi but was a great way to spend a few hours before we headed on

Accueil du personnel est très bien, la chambre est spacieuse ainsi que le lit. Bel hôtel avec un coin bar et surtout beaucoup de services en plus comme la salle de fitness, la piscine , le coin bien être , la salle de jeux d'arcade, le bar. Top. En revanche, chambre bruyante ,du mauvais coté de l'hôtel, réveillés très très tôt par les camions de livraisons.

Niveau service ne vaut pas un 4 etoiles , dommage quand il pleut on loue les parapluies aux clients ..... le restaurant accueille egalement les groupes de seminaire du coup bruyant et la qualite des plats n est pas à la hauteur de la note .... dommage .
