"Close to the train station. They charge a "resort" fee which is ridiculous because it is nowhere near being a resort. Old building, so lots of dangerous edges to drop off if you are a senior. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good."

"Hotel had nice upgrades to common space w/ indoor pool/spa and sauna. Breakfast area was nice, but we didn't have breakfast any of the mornings. Rooms are tiny, but apparently standard for France. Hotel is in a weird industrial area, but quiet. Eery at night, but seemingly safe and totally fine. Sleepy town. "

"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"Perfect location near the Chateau, restaurants and town. Friendly and helpful staff. Old style but clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Good public car park 3 euros a day close to the hotel. "

"Good location just on the outskirt of city centre. Easy check in/out with friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Outside patio area to relax in. Restaurant not open on a Sunday evening. Would stay again for an overnight stop. "

"This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Spain as it is in a quiet area with easy access to the main route. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and large beds. Bathrooms have bath as well as shower and excellent hot water and also complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good and the room was very pleasant. "Was easy to get to love this place. Don't expect all the modern conveniences of an ibis hotel. This is a place to kick back with 10 to 15 close friends and enjoy this somewhat remodeled farmhouse. Wonderful communal dining room and lots of beds and baths. The beds and baths are rough but clean in general."

"Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette très belle maison ancienne restaurée avec soin, et profité d’un vaste jardin fleuri, d’une terrasse bien ombragée , agrémentée d’une petite fontaine. Les propriétaires très sympathiques étaient toujours disponibles au téléphone en cas de questions. La région de la Soule est magnifique et ravira les amateurs de pleine nature et de moyenne montagne avec de splendides panoramas ; il faut néanmoins une bonne heure pour rejoindre la côte basque et son tumulte....

"Excellent - la maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances en Béarn - proche de la Vallée d'Aspe, Oloron, Pau, propre et facile à entretenir. L'hôte est accueillant - meilleur gîte !!"
