The Space:
This is a spacious and inviting property designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Featuring three well-appointed bedrooms, this property is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway.
Guest Access:
The property features a private entrance and includes free parking in the garage. We offer self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.

Located right by Moreton Bay, the area boasts stunning waterfront views and easy access to beautiful beaches. Guests and visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and picnicking along the shore, with scenic walking trails perfect for leisurely strolls or bike rides.
Getting Around:
Victoria Point features a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The nearby Victoria Point Shopping Centre offers a range of retail outlets, grocery stores, and specialty shops, ensuring you have everything you need close at hand.
Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Linen:
We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities:
We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.
Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises
- any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events
- any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
-Check in time is by 3PM. Please note that arrivals outside of regular hours, between 6 PM and 8 AM, will incur an extra charge.
- Check-out time is by 10am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest.
Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
