"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend. "
