"I booked this property on the bases of allowing pets and have parking as I have had expensive stuff in my car and it had to be parked in a safe place. We arrived at this old stable conversion only to found out there is no parking, in fact there was nothing. Just a not so appealing room with a shower. "We could not find this property despite speaking with the proprietor on telephone several times. We gave up and returned to our home in Le Dorat on Wed night. It was in fact the owners home and we shared the facilities with her and her family. "The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "
