Main house if fully accessible except for a locked linen closet near the washer/dryer.
There is a 3-car garage around the rear of the house but recommend parking on the driveway roundabout in front of the house for easier access.
In winter months all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is highly recommended.
Guests are asked to not enter the 3-seasons semi-attached room and chicken coop which are empty and in need of repairs.

Pets are welcome for a fee it’s $35 per stay up to two pets. Beyond that is $35 per pet per stay. Warning: yard is not fenced. (100ft leash hooked to deck)
The max allowed people staying overnight in home is 6. If your party has more than six you must have permission from host. ($50) per person per night fine for extra guests without permission.
No weddings or events without additional fees and permission.

Local wildlife includes bears and coyotes, so children and small pets should be supervised.
