Convenient and Clean!
The location is within a 10-15 minute drive to nearly all attractions in Charlottesville. We enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and the layout is great for a group of 6 or less adults.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely property. The location in a quite yet centrally situated neighborhood in Charlottesville allowed for quick access to shopping and dining. The house is beautifully decorated yet cozy with all needed amenities. The 3 bedrooms are a good size and the 2.5 bathrooms meant no one was left waiting. The owner/operator was incredibly responsive and kind. We hope to stay here again.

I stayed at this property once before when it was owned privately. I’m glad to see the charm of the house has not been lost. The house has been updated and more modernized, but it’s still has the cute and cozy feel with the indoor fire place and outdoor space. My only request would be to add a fire place outdoors. Otherwise I would stay here again and again. Also, the location is great if you’re trying to explore the downtown mall or if you enjoy going to the wineries and breweries like I using the hop on hop off bus that is dedicated to Charlottesville. It will pick you up at this location if you have a party of six or more because you are within city limits. That is a great added bonus in my opinion.

Great spot to get to everything we wanted to do. Master downstairs was great as we had someone with limited walking abilities with us. Clean and had everything we needed for weekend.
