Newly furnished third floor walk-up apartment with beautiful views of the mountains where Monticello and Carters Mountain reside. It is in an ideal location on the fringe of Belmont neighborhood -- minutes drive to bars and restaurants on the downtown mall (25 min walk) and downtown Belmont (15 minute walk) along with quick access to highway 64 just down the road. All basic amenities are included along with a parking pass and plenty of off-street parking. Great for weekend getaway or home base while in Cville. This top level 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch, can sleep 6 people and is perfect for a small family or friend group looking to explore all Charlottesville has to offer! Please note this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator access - 3 flights of stairs required to access.

The stay was great. In a good location, on the outskirts of downtown and close to I-64. Available parking and the two bedroom, two bathroom set up was spacious. Having a kitchen was very nice too.

Very Best Location
We couldn't believe the beautiful views of hawks soaring over the valley, less than a mile from I-64 and less than a mile from the best restaurants in Charlottesville. The apartment Is light and spacious. Be aware there are a few flights of stairs to get to this 3rd floor unit, but well worth it!

Very convenient to the everything. The only downside was the traffic noise. The apartment building is right on the corner of a busy street. Other than that, the apartment was clean and most importantly, dog friendly.

Beautiful view
Perfect location! View is lovely. Close to town, Monticello, Carter mountain, the Charlottesville downtown mall, and Shenandoah. Two full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for our son’s wedding. And the three flight climb to the apartment wasn’t bad!

Walk up to great views
As stated in a previous post this apartment has a glorious view but needs some sprucing up. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked. But it’s a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator and we were in town for a weekend wedding so had a lot to carry.
