Welcome to the Cozy Annex, our family-friendly 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom nestled in the heart of Charlottesville

Conveniently located in the 10th & Page neighborhood with many local attractions within walking distance: The Dairy Market, Kardinal Hall, Rockfish Brewery, West Main Street and the Downtown Mall to name a few. Just a quick 7-minute drive to Scott Stadium, John Paul Jones Arena & UVA. Easy to zip out to Monticello, Carter Mt Orchards, vineyards and breweries.
The space
The Cozy Annex is a lovely home that was remodeled with guests in mind. It has off and on street parking. Enjoy MORE amenities than a hotel suite and the privacy of your own space (more than any hotel). If you're in town for a football game it is walk-able to the stadium (1.4 miles)and you don't have to sit in traffic or pay for parking.

The Cozy Annex is located minutes away from the best restaurants and shops here in C-ville. The downtown mall, the University, and the shops/restaurants located on west main and Preston are just a short walk away . It does not get any more central than here!

Amenities: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, Iron and board, full bathroom, linens for 2 beds, basic toiletries, blow dryer, smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen and one private parking place as well as street parking.
