There is 8 miles worth of trails very close to the property if you like to get outside. Less than 10 minute drive to the downtown mall. Wineries surround Charlottesville in every direction. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Super cozy living room area with beautiful electric fireplace located below the TV. Bonus room/extra living area with a moody, fun vibe located on the first floor with a TV and two futon couches that could act as beds as well. Brand new kitchen and appliances. Large dining room table for family dinners. Outdoor grill and patio furniture on a large back deck, perfect for your morning coffee or late night wind down. Propane fire option for the table with four chairs surrounding it, perfect for a meal out on the back deck with a view. Large dog park right outside the front door. Parking spaces in driveway and on the street as well.

Perfect for our family
We visited Charlottesville for a family wedding but didn’t want to stay in a hotel with our young children. This place worked out great! It was new, bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a close drive to wedding festivities. There was even a playground for our kids!

Great End Unit Townhome!
Wonderful location to downtown, close to bars, shops, and food. Easy communication with host and lovely new neighborhood. We would have liked to see it a bit cleaner, however overall our stay was extremely enjoyable! Will definitely we back to Charlottesville!

Awesome stay in Charlottesville, VA!!
This listing is absolutely as advertised! New 3 bedroom home with spectacular living space. The living area is comfortable and open to the kitchen/ dining area, TV and electric fireplace. Beautiful view of mountains. Because it is an end unit which backs up to a wooded areas, it feels pretty private. We like to cook meals when we are traveling and this kitchen had awesome prep space and great appliances. Victoria was a great host, very responsive to questions. If I am back in the Charlottesville area soon, I will be looking for this listing as a first choice to return!
