Great Place to Stay!
My family and I had a great stay at this property, the home was great, very clean, and accommodated all of us very well. Great lake view, the quiet cove was a great place to swim and kayak. Renting the boat was very easy, and we enjoyed the lake everyday on it. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Home was great for large groups - tons of activities and space, and perfectly situated on the water. Also, check-in process was easy. Didn't end up using the boat, but looked to be in good shape and ready to use

Clean and well-maintained house right on Lake Norman. Lots of fun indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family. Great kitchen and grill but plenty of good dining options nearby. The owner was responsive and attentive and the access to boat and drop off WaveRunner rental was great.

Place was really nice and super comfortable! We had 2 families and enjoyed sitting by the dock and using the fire pit! Our families also logged many hours on the arcade game! Lots of competitions for high score! Thanks for a great place!

Quiet, Relaxing and well-equipped
We had a wonderful time at Lake Norman and this property was the majority of the reason. Very nice and clean inside and out with wonderful lake views. The owner was responsive and easy to work with - check-in and check-out were a breeze. Planning another stay in the future.

Great gem on Lake Norman
This house worked perfect for two families. Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone and the house had everything we needed. The location is wonderful on the lake, nice quiet cove to swim in, kayak, and renting the pontoon from the owner was so easy! Plenty of games in the house to keep everyone busy. We had 5 kids age ranges 15-22 and they always had something to do. Thank you for sharing your house with us. I was also super impressed with the check out process and I appreciate not having to do a lot of tasks in the morning when we have flights to get to.

Lake Norman Christmas
We rented Brent's house for the Christmas holiday weekend. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. Communication with Brent was excellent and he was very responsive. We would definitely rent from Brent again.

Great weekend getaway.
My family and I rented the house for Presidents’ Day weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house is well appointed and the location is great. There are lots of things for the kids to when not out on the water. The dock is very nice and we rented the pontoon which worked out perfectly. Would definitely visit again and recommend the property to our family and friends.

Our Family had a great time at this property, it was clean, well maintained, and provided all the essentials we needed. The house was just as described and is in a great location on the lake. Very much enjoyed our family vacation at this property. House is exactly as advertised. Good size, plenty to do, sufficiently stocked. The yard and decks provide beautiful views of the lake. Water is so warm these days! Very easy to swim right off of the dock. We also rented the pontoon boat, which was fun. Recommended.

Lake Time
Very nice home. Enjoyed easy access to lake. Rented a pontoon for couple days. For me the lake is the most enjoyable part of the vacation. The kitchen could use some nicer pots and pans but overall a very nice home.
