The Bungalow is located just 2 minutes from highways 77 and 85. This lovely Charlotte property features heat, AC, and WiFi for your comfort. Guests have access to one bedroom, full kitchen, and living room. You also have your own bathroom. Our fabulous place will help you feel at home while you're staying in Charlotte.

If you are traveling to Charlotte, looking for a staycation, interning, or traveling as a medical professional, you are minutes away from Latta Nature Preserve, the Charlotte airport, NODA, and Uptown Charlotte. Once booked, you are required to submit your photo ID AND the photo ID and cell number of your guest. No exceptions! This is a my requirement because the guest has not always the same individual or they have not been listed as a guest.

Good Stay!
Overall, a very pleasant experience staying with Vory. His home is clean and cozy, and he really goes above and beyond for his guests. Although I missed the chance to meet the host in person, he maintained excellent communication and was proactive in anticipating any needs one might have. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to stay in this shared space and will consider booking here again the next time I’m traveling to Charlotte.

Delayed Check-In
The communication for the code to get into the property was not as clear, luckily I had plans in town and was able to come back to the property later. Host did not respond to my messages after around an hour so I reached out to VRBO support and they contacted the host to message me. Property was great and clean but there were items left by the occupant in the house including shoes by the door and two cars parked in the driveway. There was a second locked bedroom. I knew that there was not another person in the house but the items and cars made me feel uneasy. My brother had planned to sleep on the couch but we felt safer locking our bedroom door and both sleeping in the bed.
