It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone or on a PC! Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! Purchase Damage Waiver protection instead. You get to choose which option you are more comfortable with. ★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may choose to perform this cleaning themselves, ensuring all areas of the property are properly maintained, or they may hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
