Beautiful location all as advertised w/ privacy. *note the parking and access from cul de sac gate as host highlights in instructions. This was a miss on our part at check-in. Overall, highly recommend!

I would recommend this place to everyone!! Great location on Lake Norman. You are right on the lake with a private space to hang out. They provided everything you needed. Very clean!! Would love to go again😁😁

It was very good. Host was very patience as to our confusion about self check in. He was great to allow the use of the beach for our grandson & his family. My only wish was that he had a coffee pot that used pods.

The whole process is excellent. Home owners make you feel welcomed from arrival until departure. House is clean, accomodations are perfect for water activities, lounging and relaxing. Location is perfect for local adventures and dining.

A relaxing visit on the lake to relax and recharge. Property and property mangers amazing and make you feel tight at home. I loved the lights at night and the beautiful sunset from the lake shore! Must do again!

Lake Norman Gem
This was a very nice , quiet stay for my wife and I on Lake Norman. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and if you bring a boat the dock is in a well protected cove. We met the owner briefly, just by chance and he was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple just looking to get away. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake.
The home, the owner, and the lake are all very nice. But if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs, since the apartment is below the homeowner and you can easily hear their foot steps.

Lakeside Getaway
Just what the doctor ordered! My wife and I were looking for a short getaway not too far from home with lakeside views, swimming, and kayaking. This place was perfect. Beautiful dock with gazebo where you can eat, hang out, and play cards. Great place to watch the sunset too! After lots of fun in the sun, they have a pool table and pinball machine with plenty of places to lounge and relax. Very clean and well maintained!

Relaxing Getaway
Beautiful lake views, comfy bed, lovely neighborhood! There was a tornado warning as we arrived to a dark room. The owner, Bill, immediately welcomed us and fired up his generator. The area lost power for for a day due to downed power lines.

Waterfront relaxation
Spent every minute either on the water or by the water. Ate breaksfast every morning down on the dock. Took the kayaks out exploring the nearby coves followed by boating all over the lake and dinner at several lakefront restaurants. Truly beautiful and tranquil! The lower level accommodations were more then adequate. Had fun playing pool and pinball in the evenings. Wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy the beach.

Beautiful property and location. Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time to really enjoy the lake activities...but the surrounding was very serene and relaxing. Only thing i would say is the bed was a bit small for us ( i think it was a full size not queen size), and If you have any intentions on cooking the unit is not set up for it as its not a full kitchen. Host was great and responsive except when we got there at night, we were confused on where to park, and host didn't respond immediately, but we figure it out. overall great place and we enjoyed our stay!

A couples retreat
Clean and comfortable. Good WiFi with great add on viewing, Netflix, etc. Plentiful hot water and good HVAC. Surprisingly roomy small refrigerator/freezer. Bar sink and counter space minimalist, no dish towel or dishwashing soap. Good supply of plastic cups, utensils, paper plates. Hooray for ceramic coffee cups. Beautiful location, and lake side amenities. I would stay again!

Relaxing weekend away
This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. They left us a basket of snacks and a couple of bottles of water which was appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. The living area is well equipped and has everything you may need. I was especially appreciative of the light-weight quilt that I found in the cedar chest at the foot of the bed. I was smoldering under the heavy comforter! If you are looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this place!

Lakefront Gem
Bill's place was exactly as shown online and the directions provided to the property were accurate. There were snacks and bottles of cold water available to us upon arrival and were very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The check-in process was very easy with the instructions provided by Bill. We found Bill's place to be very clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with room darkening curtains in the bedroom. There was ample privacy and it was so quiet that one would hardly know the host and his family were upstairs. We were able to utilize the dock to watch the sunset over the beautiful lake. Very peaceful and relaxing!! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay again if the opportunity arose and would certainly recommend Bill's place. What a beautiful lakeside gem we found!
