The Space:
Inside you'll find a comfortable and inviting retreat. The sleeping arrangements include the primary bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed and single bed. All of the rooms include a fan and a spacious closet. The open living area features tasteful decor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or using the grill on the back porch. The dining table seats 4 guests, bar stools are available for additional seating. Remote workers and students find refuge in the office while utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.

Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen tv, or enjoy the outdoor deck. There are several board games and even a Pac Man game system!

Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the dining table.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's garage is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the Pineville area and is perfect for families in town, or groups visiting Charlotte.

Pineville is a quaint neighborhood situated between South Charlotte and Fort Mill, which have plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail shops as well as easy access to other areas of Charlotte. McMullen Creek Greenway is about a mile away featuring trails, hiking, and waterways.

Getting Around:
The home is within a 10 minute drive to several restaurants, bars, and retail stores. Also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts are available at this location.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow pets - up to 3 pets (Dogs Only) after paying the pet fee. Any unapproved pets will result in fines.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities. Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental. Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine. The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Check-in and Checkout Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM) Check-out is at 11:00 AM Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period. Quiet Enjoyment You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels. Access to the Home Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet. To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Pets Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises. Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance. Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including picking up poop in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest. Excessive Trash All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag. Internet Usage By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows. MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Checkout Instructions Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine. Bedding and towels Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room. Dirty Dishes Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack Cleaning Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer Trash All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. Exiting the Property Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. Welcoming home for holiday vacation near family. Clean and convenient. Near shopping and greenway. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to 485. Good yard for dogs. Fairly well-stocked kitchen, which really helped at Thanksgiving.

Arrival of Grandson
We selected this property based on location to our son/wife home. They were expecting our first grandchild. This home was conveniently located to their home, was very close to the interstate allowing us easy access to the hospital. It is close to many retail establishments - food restaurants, shopping. The property provided the space we needed for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We also brought along our dog. The neighborhood was nice to walk him. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet - except for a couple barking dogs. Overall, I would stay here again if in town.
