Surrounding the property is a bunch of garbage I checked into my room late, and the top deadbolt was completely broken off of the door. There was a poop in the toilet, multiple and sanitary things and I just didn’t feel safe.

I had a disappointing experience with this property. While the cleaning staff was friendly, the customer service desk employees were not very approachable. There was a lot of trash outside the rooms, and unfamiliar individuals were frequently lingering around the property. The room’s cleanliness was subpar—it looked as though it had been tidied by my nine-year-old grandson. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep under the covers and chose to sleep on top of them both nights of our stay.

Check in was very slow. The lobby is not open and you have to stand in a very small, very hot little room to use the night window. There were 3 people in front of us to check in but it took nearly half an hour because the desk person was so slow. After check in, things were okay. Room was good for the price.

Inexpensive still should be clean
Roaches in the room, dirt all over the floor, microwave barely worked, half the channels on the tv didn’t work or were barely watchable. Tried to make me initial a box about a $250 fee if caught smoking in the room and I paid 2 nights for a smoking room. I refused to sign it. No Do Not Disturb signs so I made my own which they took down while I was gone to work. FURIOUS WITH THIS PLACE.
