Please adhere to the rules and guidelines listed below to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
✔ Booking Requirements: A government-issued ID is required at booking, and you must be 21 or older to reserve the property.
✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please respect these times to allow our turnover team to prepare for the next guests.
✔ Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
✔ Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the provided container between 5 PM and 7 PM on service nights (Sunday-Thursday). Your Valet Living trash container must be brought back inside by 9 AM the next morning to maintain community appearance. Failure to do so may result in a $50 trash violation fee. All trash must be in tied bags that fit inside the Valet Living trash bin—no rips, leaks, liquids, or sharp objects.
✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $250 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.
✔ No Parties or Events: This property is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.
✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Please use local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes, or UPS Mailboxes for your mail needs.
✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.
✔ Cleanliness: Additional fees up to $250 may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable state.
✔ Items Not Returned: A $125 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.
✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.
✔ Community Guidelines: This is a residential community, and respect for the space and common areas is required. Noise, unlawful activity, and disrespectful behavior will lead to forfeiture of your reservation and additional fines.
