Please let us know if you would like us to provide a pack and play. We are dog-friendly (not cats though, sorry). If you would like to bring your dog, you will pay a $75 non-refundable pet fee. We will charge you an additional cleaning fee if we find extra messes left behind after your check out.

House Rules
Check-in: 3:00 PM - Anytime (Self check-in with smart lock)
Checkout: 11:00 AM Late checkout available for $50 if available to 3:00pm
General Rules:
No Smoking or Vaping – This includes tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes inside the home. A cleaning fee of $500 minimum will be charged for any violations and possible eviction.
No Parties or Events – Gatherings beyond the number of booked guests are not allowed. Any unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Parties in Unit or common areas up to $2,000 fine plus any damage to the property.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM – Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially at night.
Pets:
Dogs are welcome! (No cats allowed) – A nonrefundable $75 pet fee applies per stay.
Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding. Any excessive pet hair, dirt, or damage found on furniture or bedding will result in additional cleaning fees.
Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
Please clean up after your pet inside and outside the property.
If dog waste is found in the yard after checkout, a $50 cleanup fee will be charged.
Pets should not be left unattended for long periods unless crated. Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility.
Unauthorized pets will be charged at $250 plus any associated cleaning or damage fees.
Guest & Visitor Policy:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
No unregistered guests or visitors beyond those included in the booking.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
Please wash dishes and leave the home in a generally tidy condition upon checkout.
Trash day is Monday. Roll the trash bin to the street on Sunday night, as pickup happens early in the morning.
Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins before departure.
If anything breaks or is damaged, kindly notify us immediately.
Excessive cleaning: $150 per hour for additional cleaning
Parking:
Off-street and on-street parking are available.
There is no HOA, so trailers and work trucks may be parked on the grass next to the road.
Please do not park directly in the yard or on landscaped areas.
Lockbox & Access:
There is a lockbox on the front door and an additional lockbox on the property.
If the smart lock batteries wear out or you lock yourself out, please contact the host, and we will provide you with the lockbox code.
Water & Septic System:
The home is on a septic system – Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or anything else, as it could cause plumbing issues.
The home is also on a well water system.
Water pressure may fluctuate, especially if multiple fixtures are in use at the same time.
Water may have a natural mineral taste due to the well system.
In freezing temperatures, please leave one faucet dripping overnight to prevent pipes from freezing.
Additional Policies:
No illegal activities are permitted on the property, including drug use and underage drinking.
No parties in unit or common areas: Up to $2000 fine plus any damage to the property
