You will have very easy access to all the major highways, including Hwys 485, 77 and 51. This home is in close proximity to McMullen Creek Greenway and is a short drive to Uptown, South Park, Quail Hollow, Ballantyne business center and Carowinds amusement park. It is 15 miles from CLT airport. Perfect for couples, families, and business travelers.
First floor has fully stocked kitchen including Keurig coffeemaker, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, salt/pepper. Kitchen opens up to family room with smart tv (Roku) and bartop table. Formal dining room with table. There is a more formal living room with couches and additional seating. Sunroom/gameroom has a ping pong table. This opens up to 2 side patios. There is one vanity bathroom and in-unit washer & dryer.
Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Max occupancy is 8 guests. If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
ACCESS: The front door is equipped with smartlock. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 2 days before check-in. Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. The garage will be locked for owner use.
PRIVATE PARKING: Parking is on the driveway only. Note that street parking is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway and a cement paved space which can fit an additional car. Note that the driveway is steep and best maneuvered by pulling out to the side when leaving the home.

PLEASE NOTE
**There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed + additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
**Dogs are allowed with $75 fee per stay for the 1st dog. Additional $25/dog. Violators of this rule will be fined $300 and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
**Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No parties, no events, no drop by guests. If any complaints are received or if there is any tampering with the security cameras and noise monitoring device, you will be asked to vacate immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
**Guests will not have access to the neighborhood community pool. However, there is a public splash pad in walking distance at the Lake Park.
