Welcome to your lakeside oasis nestled on 1.56 acres in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Modern Masterpiece is a fully remodeled 6-bedroom home offering a serene and elegant retreat with breathtaking views.

As you enter, you're greeted by spacious interiors and modern design. Large windows frame panoramic views of the shimmering lake, flooding the home with natural light and creating a sense of tranquility.

The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchen island has seating for four so guests can entertain the group chef while prepping meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast area with high-top seating for six.

This property does not lack living spaces. Off the kitchen is a formal living and dining room. The living room has sliders to the deck, a cathedral ceiling, a grand piano, and comfy seating to enjoy the view or watch a game.

As you meander down the hall, there is a dining room with a large table seating 12 & a dual-sided gas fireplace to increase the ambiance. The other side of the fireplace is a great adult family room with a huge sectional couch, a wet bar/ kitchenette with integrated appliances, and a large TV. The bar area has seating for four, with a half bath and a shuffleboard table. The decor and sliders to the deck will make guests never want to leave. There is an office space available with two desks, which is perfect for remote workers or students!

The main level allows guests to retreat to the primary suite, where you will wake up to stunning water views with a private porch with a swinging day bed, couch, chair & TV. Unwind in the spa-like bath complete with a soaking tub and walk-in, glass shower, dual sinks & a bidet! The primary suite is complete with 2 oversized chairs overlooking the lake, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning!

The main level has two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Off the kitchen area there is a queen guest room with a hall access bathroom. At the end of the hall the second of three primary suits awaits. This bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath with dual vanities, glass shower, soaking tub & a bidet. Attached is a sleeping area with two twin-over-full bunks. This bunk room has a door for privacy but shares the ensuite bath.

The house has two separate lower areas that can only be accessed by going back up the stairs. In the first lower area is the 3rd primary suite featuring a king bed with a full bath with a glass shower, TV & sliders to the lower level deck.

The other lower level is a whole house underneath! The game room features a pool table with a high-top bar table and a large TV, with doors out to the patio and a walkway to the lake.

A small room with windows surrounding it has a card table - perfect for poker, which leads to another living space. This living area has another sectional and wet bar.

Step down the hallway to two more bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin beds, sleeping four. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleeping an additional 4 guests.

Outside, the expansive deck and screened-in porch offer the perfect setting for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun. The boathouse and dock have been redone, and a boat lift has been added. With too many features to name, don't miss your chance to experience lakeside living at its finest.

- For boat rentals, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay.
- Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.
- Indoor fireplaces are NOT for guest use.

Parking Details:
- A maximum of 6 cars are allowed onsite.
- No parking on the grass or street.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
