This is an updated and modern 3BR/2BA in a terrific location to visit Charlotte. This house is walking distance to light rail station and greenway. It is very close to uptown Charlotte, breweries, restaurants, NODA, and Optimist Hall. The house contains a outdoor deck and yard. There are 3 bedrooms all with Queen size beds. The master bedroom contains private bathroom with shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen size beds and share a full bathroom with tub and shower.
