Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closets, locked storage trunks, and outdoor closet are unavailable. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Please do not block the gravel lot that leads to the backyard.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible

Note: Maintenance work is expected between January - February at Tiny unit behind the house

This unique home is located in the NoDa area, and is perfect for families and friends traveling to Charlotte to visit and explore.

NoDa is a quaint neighborhood right off of N Davidson St which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of North Charlotte. Little Sugar Creek is less than half a mile away, featuring gardens, hiking trails, picnic areas and is dog-friendly. Within a 5 minute walk is a food court, Optimist Hall, with a variety of restaurants, bars, art, shops, indoor and outdoor seating.

Pets are not allowed. Only service animals may stay at this property.

Note - this lot has 2 properties on it. This listing is the main house. There is a separate tiny house behind this main house with a shared yard. They both have separate entrances.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Interaction with Guests:
