This Lake Norman rental is located on a full acre of land with a newly installed pool for all to enjoy. This home accommodates up to 18 people and provides access to 120 feet of shoreline, offering guests access to a shared, small, private sandy beach to enjoy a serene sunset and steps to provide easy access to the lake. This is truly one of the finest Lake Norman luxury vacation rentals available. The colors shimmering off the lake will make you feel like you have nowhere else in the world to be.

This quaint brick cottage-style home with a front porch and bay windows provides breathtaking lake views. It features a beautifully landscaped backyard with a pool leading to the shore. The garden surrounding the premises is well maintained and includes a fire pit for making s'mores, along with a pond and a waterfall for relaxation. Secluded from the neighboring homes, Lucky's Lake House is great for big groups. The spacious layout of the land and home permits 18 individuals to feel they have space and comfort. The acre is groomed and features large trees and green grass, displaying an array of colors depending on the season of your visit.

The home's interior is contemporary and modern, with an open and clean concept. Remodeled in the Spring of 2016 and 2020, it is superior to other houses in Norman for rent. The light and airy rooms provide uninterrupted views of the lake. This home includes a fully functioning kitchen with built-in appliances, an island stove, and generous countertops for preparing family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a family meal including a Keurig and drip coffee maker giving each guest choices to make their morning Joe! A bright breakfast nook with full-length windows overlooking the lake is also included. The interior of the home is created for your comfort. The decorations are simple yet homey, creating a safe space for families all around. The main level features 3 three bedrooms, two are en suite. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths while the lower level has one bedroom and one full bath.

The back porch on the second floor is fully enclosed and provides outdoor dining and entertainment just steps from the water. The comfort of the home will make your stay peaceful and relaxing. Also included are a newly installed pergola and cedar swing and 3 patios that provide privacy and tranquility!

The downstairs family room (or game room) provides a unique getaway for both children and adults. It includes a pool table, flat-screen TV, fireplace, shuffleboard table, Xbox 360, and an arcade game, featuring Pacman and Galaga. You can take a step outside to the back patio and play a game of corn hole while you cook on the BBQ. This unique option allows your group to enjoy a traditional American meal with hamburgers and hotdogs or to venture out on a not-so-traditional style meal! Either way, take advantage of the chance for a good BBQ dinner! (Propane is provided!)

Head down to the shoreline, but on your way, don't miss the basketball hoop and fire pit. These additions provide more entertainment for the family. Keep the kids running during the day and shooting hoops so the adults can indulge in a quiet night around the fire in the evening. If they're still awake, invite the kids to make s'mores – a lovely night around the fire provides a unique opportunity for bonding time.

Once outside, the outdoor adventure begins. An updated lakeside bar is located on the private dock. - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
