Enjoy direct lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit or in the hot tub. We provide a variety of video games and toys to keep the little ones & big ones entertained throughout your stay.

Guests will have full access and use of the lake house 24 hours a day.

Wylie's Retreat is a gated home. There are two automatic gates located at the front of the home. The first gate on the right when you arrive is the ENTRANCE gate. The second gate on the right when you arrive is the EXIT gate.

You will receive a gate code to enter on the keypad.
☆ TO EXIT ☆
Please follow the directions listed at the property and in the digital guidebook sent to you to exit properly.

☀ You May NOT Use The Kayaks and Paddle Boards Unless You Have Agreed to the Waiver.
☀ Do NOT Use The Indoor Fireplace.
☀ Do NOT Touch, Tamper With, or Use the Boat.
☀ Use the Dock At Your Own Risk.
☀ Swim At Your Own Risk.
☀ Use Caution When Walking Around the Property. There Are Natural Deviations in Grading That Can Result in Injury if You Are Not Careful.
☀Do NOT Make Large Fires in the Fire Pit.
☀ Do NOT Leave Warm or Hot Embers in the Fire Pit.
☀ If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
☀ There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets.
☀ An Additional Fee Will Be Charged To Your Reservation If Pet Droppings Are Left Inside Or Outside.
☀ No Large Gatherings Or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed And Approved Prior To Booking With Your Host. You May Be Subject To Additional Event Fees And Security Deposits.
☀ We Have Security Cameras Monitoring the Entrance Gate, Exit Gate, Front Door, Garden, Main Deck, and Side Back Door for Your Protection.
☀ Please Keep the Cover On the Hot Tub When Not in Use.
☀ Do NOT Put Soap in Hot Tub. Violation of This Rule May Lead to Cleaning Fees Charged to Your Reservation.
☀ Dispose of Trash in Tied Trash Bags in the Large Garbage Cans Outside. DO NOT place any unbaged trash into the cans to avoid an additional fee!
☀ Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.
☀ After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.
☀ It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.
☀ No Smoking Is Allowed. Violation of This Rule May Result in a $2,000.00 Smoke Damage Fee.

Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone!
We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions.
