Enjoy our house in a peaceful Lake Norman Cove located between downtown Denver and Mooresville, NC. Local traffic in the neighborhood makes for quiet street to walk/exercise. Only 5 minutes from groceries, gas and restaurants by car. A short boat ride to several restaurants on the lake make this a perfect spot for your family / friend vacation. Dock on the water is available for tying up your boat during your visit.

The house was well appointed. Nice to have a good selection of kitchen, utensils plates, knives, forts, etc. quality of the linens and towels were good. The house was warm and inviting. We had four couples, and had plenty of room.

Family lodging for graduation
Property was very clean and well provisioned for our five adult family members staying in town for a high school graduation. It was a comfy place to visit and play games yet privacy was readily available when desired. Quiet neighborhood and lovely surroundings. Owners were responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

Awesome place to stay
This is the cleanest place we have ever rented. This home is awesome. The back porch is so relaxing over looking the lake. There is wild life ducks, geese, and even a beaver, we had a great time watching them all. Could not ask for a better place to stay and the beds were great too. The host was excellent and home was very well stocked. We had a most relaxing trip.

I came down to find a place to move into from Long Island and having this house to come back to every day was amazing. Perfect family vacation house!
My family and I needed a place to stay for together for a family reunion. This place was perfect for adults and kids as there was plenty of space, beautiful views, and a safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the hosts was pleasant and seamless the whole time. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake house in Denver. A few hiccups with the water/plumbing in the house day 1, but the owners were very responsive and took care of the issue the following day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space inside for family to sprawl out. Outside patios were very nice to relax on. Hope to use to rent again for next family gathering. Owner was very nice to work with.

I highly recommend this property! The house is clean, well decorated and layed out perfectly for a larger group. The Waterview is so relaxing and the ducks are so sweet! The day of our flight our arrival time changed a little but Jeff was gracious enough to work with our schedule! Will definitely stay again! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful Property
The home had everything we needed for our stay. Having a dock made it easy for boating or just watching the geese and goslings swim by. The location had easy access to grocery, restaurants and water activities. Walk-in showers were a plus for older travelers. One shower had grab bars, another plus. We would book it again.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. Everything is new, clean and well decorated. Located on a quiet street less than 10 minutes from Publics, restaurants and boat rentals. The photos don't do this home justice. 10/10. Definitely coming back.

Nice Time on Lake Norman
We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman. The house was very clean and neat, looked like it might have recently been remodeled/fixed up. The bedroom arrangements were great for property this size. Big gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs. It was a hot weekend and the A/C kept us cool. Liked that it had a dock, but the cove is very shallow by this house. Just had to be careful. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we would rent this property again.

We loved this home!
It was a beautiful home! First of all it was very clean. That is so important. Secondly, it was so comfortable and roomy for our party of 8. My master bed was so very comfortable also. I slept so good. The view off their large balcony is memorable! Kitchen had everything in it. I enjoyed their kitchen and everything home had to offer. The downstairs living room and bedroom offer led privacy to our other guests. We would love to return! Thank you Jeff for giving us a great experience.

Perfect place, perfect stay!
This home was absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable we have ever stayed in — those are our two most important criteria — add in the lovely decor and the hosts’ attention to details (large, well equipped kitchen, spacious immaculate bathrooms, clean new bed linens, among others), peaceful view of the lake to wake up to, beautiful front and back yards, large deck, super comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas, great TVs… and, importantly, very attentive and responsive hosts. They messaged us to make sure we were in and that all was well and answered questions immediately. We were in the area to visit relatives and hope to return and spend more time. Ten stars!!! Highly recommend!!!

What a fabulous pristine property!
There were 6 in our Party. Ages 7-73 & everyone was thrilled with the layout,. The most wonderfully comfy beds, lovely linens, every amenity imaginable, and extras! Love the layout of the house, Great bathrooms & space. Lots of privacy and plenty of gathering areas. Love the huge kitchen. The views. I’ve rented from VRBO for over 37 years. This is at the top of my list. It was too cold to enjot the outside & water activities at the time but no one cared. There’s TV in every bedroom & a Wonderful big screen TV downstairs for watching games and ample room for a good size group. . Wow, We loved it! I give it six stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hidden Gem!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The layout of the house is great for familie(s) plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the house is very thoughtfully furnished. The upstairs deck was terrific and we enjoyed hanging out and having meals up there. The lower level is nice & spacious and walks out to a beautifully manicured yard and dock. HUGE kitchen with anything you could possibly need for cooking meals. A 2nd fridge/freezer downstairs was awesome for beverages and storing ice. Beds were VERY comfortable with soft linens and pillows - probably the best sleep we've ever had on a vacation. We rent a house every year for the week of July 4th and this was by far one of the best experiences we've ever had @ Lake Norman. The cove is a bit shallow but we did not have any issues with getting our boat in, just have to be careful with maneuvering through the cove. Kudos to Jeff for the wonderful hospitality!
