Enjoy breathtaking lake views as soon as you walk in the door of this 7BR/3.5 bath LAKE FRONT home in Mooresville. Outdoor amenities include your own private beach, hot tub, and kayaks. We also have a dock for parking your boat (boat lift is unavailable), just put in at Stumpy Creek Boat Landing and cruise on over!

Relax on the back deck overlooking the water. Cookout on the gas grill or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Roast marshmallows in the backyard firepit.

Enjoy peace of mind and security with an outdoor camera at the front door and dock, and rest easy knowing the inside remains your private sanctuary.

A wonderful property and extremely accomodating. Great location on a quiet part of the lake just off the main waters. The beach and onsite kayaks made the vacation so much better. We loved our stay and have already discussed a return trip. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Spot!
We came to Lake Norman to Celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday! This house was just as described, we enjoyed the fire pit, pool table and hot tub! There were 3 refrigerators, plenty of towels and cooking basics. We would definitely come back again!

Best location and has everything!
This house has everything you will need for a fun stay on Lake Norman! The private beach is great for kids, the included kayaks and beach chairs were in great shape and the house had more stuff than we could use in a full week! The owners are both wonderful to work with and very responsive as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

Lake House Family Reunion
The house/property was BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed hanging out on the deck during the day and the fire pit at night! The kids loved playing on the private beach and running around the yard. Gorgeous sunsets every night were the icing on the cake!

Waking up to the beautiful view was awesome. Paula and Jeff are quick to respond and take care of any situation! We rented their boat and water mat which was great fun! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. The sand beach was perfect. Had a great week!

Amazing Place for a Family Vacation
We absolutely loved being able to take a family vacation to the lake! Beautiful home right on the lake front with perfect views! Access to paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy the lake. Perfect place for sipping coffee, chatting, and enjoying the people around you! Communication with the hosts were quick when we had a few questions! [Major bonus for us: There were extra fridges in the garage for food, drinks, snacks, etc!]

Awesome Vacation Home for Families!
We have been staying at this property every year since 2014. We love it! It is perfect for big families. Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms), great beach/swimming area and a wonderful deck to sit and watch the sunsets. Paula and Jeff are great people and always attentive to our needs and communicate flawlessly. We are heading back again next year! We love it and my kids have grown up just knowing it as “The Lake House”.

Great Football Weekend
7 of us guys rented this place for a Football weekend getaway. The place was perfect for us, furniture was great, place was very clean, cabinets and drawers were labeled which we appreciated. You can't see it in the pictures but downstairs is a legit bar with a mini fridge so that was a bonus. Keep in mind the house was built in the 80s and the bar was probably original if I were to guess so it's got some wear on it but for our purpose we loved it. Very convenient location to everything, we hope to rent it again next year.

Fantastic!
We've stayed in many rentals for our 3-generation family vacations, and this was one of the best. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen. The furniture and beds were comfortable for everyone including my elderly parents. There was more than enough space for 6 adults. The owner was responsive and kindly allowed up to check in a couple hours early. Best of all, was the fantastic lake views. We thoroughly enjoyed simply relaxing and making memories at this beautiful property.

4 Generation Family Gathering
This was the PERFECT house for our family to all come together to meet our newest Granddaughter. We had 4 generations come and it was so much fun for everyone. The setting is beautiful, the house is well equipped even for the small children. The owner has thought of everything to entertain people from infant to 80. Thank you so much for making everyone feel so comfortable. We have made beautiful memories and gorgeous family pictures here we will treasure forever. Cousin’s Get Away
Property was amazing. The layout was the best we’ve seen so far; being our 3rd year doing this. Spacious bedrooms and living area. We had 11 people at our stay. Everyone had a blast. Messaged the owner one night about a TV issue. The owner promptly purchased a new ROKU and delivered it to our door first thing the following morning. The owner truly cared about accommodating us during our stay. She consistently followed up with is to ensure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. Family birthday celebration
My family met here for our daughter's 30th birthday! 6 of us from Ohio, 2 from Durham, NC and 2 from Charleston, SC. It is a great location for us to meet up! The house was absolutely perfect! The location could not be better! There was plenty for us to do! Kayaks, fire pit, hot tub, playing board games on the deck! We didn't even have time to enjoy the pool table, but hopefully we will return and shoot a friendly round of pool! The host was great at communicating as well! If you are in the area, this house is a must! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent Family Retreat
We had a fantastic week at the lake! Despite the non-stop rain, the house was perfect. Plenty of room for our group (which ranged from 8-11 adults throughout the week). The kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor griddle was perfect for big group breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen opens up into a great living area with comfortable sectional couch, TV and fireplace. The basement was awesome for the young adults to gather, play games and shoot pool. We rented a boat for the week but spent most of our time fishing from the dock. Paula answered all questions in a timely fashion. We didn’t encounter any problems with the property whatsoever and the 7 bedrooms provided plenty of room for our large group!
