When the Charlotte airport closed for snow, this hotel (and others in the area) doubled their prices, gouging travelers who had no other options. Then, when customers were unable to get in to Charlotte at all after a second round of cancellations, they declined requests for refunds. Very disappointing.

The staff was very nice. Kathy at the desk when we checked out was so kind. My son wasn’t feeling well and she was able to get us ginger ale and a late check out so he could rest a little before we left.

We did not like standing in the cold for 40 minutes waiting for shuttle that never came. Another shuttle driver brought us back to the hotel. He showed us the shuttle that was to pick us up.The front desk said the driver just returned and was coming right to us .but they did not send shuttle.Hilton has failed in our 6 people group.sorry business.January 4 ,2025

This was far and away the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything appeared new. The 24hr shuttle service to the airport was excellent—we were able to get picked up close to midnight with no problems at all. I am fairly picky about hotels but would definitely stay here again if I have an overnight layover.
