The people were very friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and breakfast. Everything was clean and the location is convenient. Took off a star for thin walls that let disruptive noise in at night and low water pressure in the shower.

This hotel goes above and beyond. The staff were extraordinary. They thought of little details that made the stay more enjoyable, like the window shade has a forest scene which made the room so much more enjoyable than dusty curtains and their shop had everything a traveler could need. It's conveniently located and has many restaurant options nearby. It's also a short drive to two great malls and PNC Pavillion. We would definitely stay here again.
