Located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from major traffic. Plenty of places to relax or entertain your family. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with double sinks and a garden tub.

There are cameras outside the premises. The garage, the backyard and the doorbell. I do get a notification the first time you arrive just so I’ll know you are there and I turn that off until your check out time. You will hear a beeping noise coming from the camera when I get that notification.

The Cutest House, Pefect for a Girl's Trip
I found this property and it was so quaint and adorable! It stands on the front of a quiet cul de sac. The location is good! It takes about 12-20 minutes to reach some food options and it's close to the airport. It was easy to check in and my first words when opening the front door was, "OMG this is so cute!" There's a living room with a bar set up, along with a flat screen TV. (SN: You HAVE to have streaming accounts if you want to watch TV. You can just login and don't forget to logout before leaving.) There's a small kitchen and dining room. There are little amenities like condiments and dish soap. (There was some leftover items in the fridge from what I'm assuming was a previous stay. Not a big deal to us, we barely used the fridge and the items weren't molded) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! I got some really great sleep! Lol. Be sure to bring your own body/hand soap. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets in the hall closet. My favorite area was the side patio (located through the door in the living room). There are two chairs and a little table. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was very accommodating! Me and my girlfriends loved the property! Every time I come to Charlotte, I'd rather stay here.

Super cute home
We booked the home for our weekend in Charlotte to visit the Nascar Hall of Fame and go to the Packer vs Panthers game for Christmas. Home is cute. The get directions button takes you to the house next door but it wasn't hard to find once I entered the actual address into GPS. Beds are super comfy and house was very clean. I only have a few suggestions. Never using VRBO before we didn't know that we had to bring our own essentials. Coming from out of state this wasn't something we had planned to bring. Things like Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with hand soap and hand towels to dry hands after washing in both bathrooms would be ideal. The one sitting room could fit a twin size bed in it to make the home actually sleep more people or allow kids to have seperate beds. Other than that the owner was super responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and rebook if we are ever in Charlotte again.

Enjoyed our stay but had a few issues. The toilets were WAY to low for adults. I had to take half of the laundry that was left in the dryer out and dry the TWO loads that were in there then folded them and put them away. {towels and sheets} Found two screws on the floor from the dining room chairs. He did put them back and also tightened up all the screws on all the chairs. It was weird that the kitchen cabinet doors were glued shut and also the light in the fridge because it changes color. Lamp in living room wasn't working. The hall bathroom door does not shut all the way. It would be nice to have bars or hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels on. The shower in the master bath needs a mat. No step out mats in front of either shower. The beds were VERY comfy!! The house is very spacious and nice. Would DEFINETLY stay there again if the toilets were upgraded!

This property was very dirty and obvious cigarette smoke scent that they tried to disguise with equally unpleasant smelling air fresheners. Too many repairs needed to list. Owner was quick to respond to my question about sleeping for 6 people as advertised but there was no way to rectify the issue so we purchased our own air mattress to accommodate our family.
