I want to personally thank Ms. Kayla and Mr. Ryan they are exceptional employees. Housekeeping also get acknowledgment for all their hard work. I was in 405 and the only thing I can say is that the ice machine didn’t work on that floor, however, I didn’t mind goin to the other floors. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again. I love it. Best birthday weekend.

Everything was great, with the exception of some of the furniture and carpeting being a little worn and tattered which took away from the feeling of comfort and cleanliness. The staff was exceptional and deserve a better visual backdrop to match their excellent performance
