Shower head was broken, no water came out of cold water spicket in bathroom so you only had hot, broken tiles around property, carpet in hallways worn to the concrete, etc. stayed here a year ago and it was great, this property is in shambles and being poorly maintained.

The halls and rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The pull out couch mattress was so damaged and dirty they had to give us another room. The second room smelled of McDonald’s and marijuana and was also dirty. Stains on walls, crusty floors. Just disgusting. Never stay here. Everywhere was dark and dingy.

Facility was in poor condition and poorly maintained. Examples: Bed comforter had larger tattered holes in it. Furniture was heavily worn. Refrigerator temperature control knob was missing. When I first checked in, I thought it looked decent; however, my door would not unlock even when the card turned it green. So, I went to the desk and the person had to come to my room and literally ram the door open for me. As you can probably guess, every time I opened my door, I had to ram it. Furthermore, the second day, my key stopped working and I had to get another. Then, the light in the bathroom went out, there was no DND sign, the walls were peeling, and there were multiple holes in the walls as well…
