The Space:

Fresh towels and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our fully furnished patio and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled in a beautiful wooded lot and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet and shed are unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway on the right. Please do not block the driveway to the neighbors house.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Nestled in the Sugar Creek Area, this delightful home is an ideal choice for families in town for a visit or groups exploring various parts of Charlotte.
The Sugar Creek area is north of Charlotte and a quick drive to Uptown. Sugaw Creek Park is less than 2 miles away, featuring fields, courts, disc golf, hiking, picnic areas, BBQ grills, & a playground. Topgolf is less than 6 minutes away!

Getting Around:
This home is nestled into the quaint Sugar Creek area and is a quick drive to many restaurants, stores, and shopping areas. There is a bus stop you can walk to 8 minutes away that will take you to Uptown. Plenty of Ubers are also available at this location!
Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :)
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities, a completed copy will be sent to you before your reservation starts.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway, with a maximum of four cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any of our properties, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag.
Checkout Instructions
Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.
-Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure, hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
-Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters, use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
-Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris, use a broom, vacuum, or Swiffer
-Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
