King bed in the master bedroom and a full bed futon with overhead single in second bedroom. Pull-out single sofa in the den. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms completely remodeled. Screened in back porch runs the length of the house. Open den and kitchen combination just remodeled and updated. Two decks, front and rear. Rear deck features hot tub and outdoor shower with gorgeous view of lake. Expansive white sand beach with fixed and floating docks. Hammock and firepit on the beach. Exquisite views of Lake Wylie.

Family Trip
Great location, close to town but also secluded enough to feel private. We loved the hammock next to the dock. The house had everything we needed and having multiple bathrooms made it easy to get ready for an event.

We kicked off the New Year 2024 with a great start in this quaint, relaxing cottage with hot tub to enjoy in the cooler weather.! Love the view! We will visit again when warmer weather so we can enjoy the beach area.

Best Lake Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pearl. Georgia was a fantastic communicator. Check in process was easy, cottage was just how we expected, yet even cuter! So much to enjoy! Hot tub, hammock, kayaks, canoes, fire pit, and screened in porch were a few of our favorites. King bed was very comfortable. Very private! We will most definitely be back!

Perfect quick getaway
Loved the cottage. Our favorite parts were the screened porch, the natural light in the kitchen and main room, the hot tub and the dock. My only small critique is that the beach area could use some attention. The listing should also make it more clear that the three adjoining cottages basically share one beach.

Cute cottage full of light. The yard was great for my grandchildren. Lovely beach area for enjoying the lake. We loved the hot tub after some busy days. My second stay with these hosts and they are wonderful! We will be back!

Short getaway
We were looking for a convenient location for visiting with family who live in Lake Wylie, knowing that we would be spending some time here both just us and with family. It's a beautiful, secluded spot. I'm sure it's even better in warm weather. Great view anyway.

Great little place, with a wonderful host!
This was a great little place for my family and 2 dogs. We had a few little bumps, but Georgia was absolutely wonderful. She was always very quick to respond! The screened porch was great and really made this home. Rented their Pontoon for a couple days, really made our vacation. Thanks for everything Georgia!

This little house was just simply amazing for us and our dog. We loved playing in the lake and the views are so beautiful anytime of day. The location of the house is also amazing. It feels like you’re far away from everything, but Carowinds was just 15 minutes away. Georgia is also an amazing host, and very easy to get in touch with. We look forward to our next stay.

This is our third year in a row staying at one of Georgia’s properties (second time at the Pearl). Our experience was as amazing as it has been in prior years. Georgia does a fantastic job and is always available to meet any needs. We will continue to stay at Georgia’s properties for future lake “staycations”!

First thing you notice is the view of the lake, it was beautiful. The house was very cute, rustic. My family loves this style of house. It is definitely an updated 1940’s home. We came in on Easter holiday so I think it was a little hectic. The beach was awesome. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. The neighbors were very nice. There was a stray dog hanging around the backyard but he was pretty friendly.

A wonderful vacation!
We couldn't have been happier with this choice for our family vacation this year! The house has everything we needed and the location couldn't be beat! The beach and zero entry water access was perfect for our doggy (who was so happy he could come this year!) and children! We rented the pontoon boat which was great to go exploring the lake and provide additional fun for the kids! We can't wait to book again for later this summer and definitely next year! Any questions I had were answered very promptly! Such a great experience for us! Thank you!

Great week!
We had a great time. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the big yard and beach area. The trees gave plenty of shade if needed; not to mention the relaxing hammock. We loved that we were able to rinse sand off in the outdoor shower. During the night we enjoyed the hot tub; the family had a blast in it when it started to rain one evening. We did bring our dog who basically stayed in the water the whole time jumping off the dock and swimming. We saw several deer, geese, and cranes. We rented the boat one day which was very fun and easy to use. As recommended, we hit up Papa Docs which had amazing food and great vibe. Georgia was very responsive and accommodating. My husband and I may even come back for an upcoming anniversary without kids! I am sure we will be back as a family though as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach weekend
We had a lovely long weekend relaxing on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our time together as a family. The beach is the highlight of the property along with the large yard. The beach is shared with two other homes and we were able to be safely distanced from them (covid) while still having plenty of space to play. The reason for the 4 stars is because the home and screened in porch are in need of a deep clean. We don't have a pet but all of our clothing had pet hair on it from staying in the home, and while we understand it's a pet friendly rental, seeing dog hair in the beds and on our clothing was disappointing. We didn't rate lower than 4 though because despite the dander and dust, we did have a lovely weekend on the beach. Georgia is a very good communicator and host, and you can tell she cares about your experience in the home. I appreciated her quick replies and kindness.

Great weekend getaway
Very neat 2 bedroom cabin with nicely stocked kitchen. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner out on the screened in porch and it was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.

Great Lake Retreat
This is a fabulous cabin with all the amenities needed for a lake retreat. The host is spectacular, very communicative and the house is a gem. Looking forward to coming back.
