This stunning waterfront home sits on almost an acre with over 382 feet of shoreline and is the perfect place to spend your lake days. Enjoy water views from just about every space on the main level. Abundant natural light pours through the windows and doors on all three levels.
The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with an island with seating for three and a coffee bar, including both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee pot. There is a gorgeous dining area that seats 8 with vaulted ceilings, complete with lake views. This area is perfect for gathering your group, enjoying prepared meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and creating core memories with your guests.
Off the dining area is a large living room with two leather sofas, a river rock fireplace, and a large TV, one of the two gathering spaces in the house. The substantial primary bedroom on the main level features views of the lake, a sizable bathroom with a shower, a separate tub, and a walk-in closet. The main level hosts a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to the full bath in the hall next to the laundry room. The covered back deck off the main living room offers the most beautiful lake views, complete with a wood-burning fireplace.
The upper level is perfect for the kiddos' sleepover with a twin-over-queen bunk bed - sleeping 3 with its own private bathroom.
The lower level boasts a second stocked kitchen, living area, bunk room, and full bathroom. The bunkroom bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk, comfortably sleeping 4. The gathering space in the living area has the most comfortable couch with a large ottoman, easily able to be pushed together to make a king-size sleeping area - perfect for the teen in your group (sleeps just one - bedding is provided).
Remember the games - the lower level features an indoor/outdoor ping pong table and an air hockey table. Off the lower level living area is a patio with a hot tub and Blackstone grill, with propane and accessories included. And last but not least, end your lake days in the brand-new hot tub. Bankhead Lodge screams relaxation!
The backyard at Bankhead Lodge does not disappoint. There is plenty of space to play yard games. Cornhole is provided! Follow the path down to the picnic table, dock & lakeside fire pit, the perfect location to make s'mores. The dock has space to store your rented or personal boat and jet ski, along with a sitting area and ladder for swimming.
Provided for guests' use: 2 kayaks, a tandem kayak, and 2 paddle boards. Remember the basketball hoop in the front driveway for a friendly game of HORSE!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
