On your walk through the center, you can visit the historic landmarks: The sculpture of Queen Charlotte and The Four Corners Statues. Are you in the mood for something artsy? There are plenty of lovely art museums. Visit the Levine Center For The Arts, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art or Harvey B. Gantt Center For African-American Arts. If you’re looking for a bite, head to the 7th Street Public Market or Coco and the Director. If you aren’t catching a game and are looking for restaurants, bars, bowling or movies, head to the Epicenter, where you can do it all.

We find our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

Other Things to Note:
The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

This VRBO is managed like a hotel, with penalties and strict rules that govern your stay. Be aware you'll have to fill out forms and share your ID that is managed outside of VRBO. We needed to find a place quickly to stay with my family for a week. We chose this apartment because of its multiple bedrooms, kitchen, and proximity. Everything worked in the apartment as described. The challenge we had with our stay is that no one really cares for the apt. We had to spend over $100 on cleaning supplies for our stay and missing kitchen utensils to cook meals. There were only three water/wine glasses available. I'm not sure when the carpet in the kids room was last cleaned. The mgmt company was responsive and accommodating during our stay when issues arose, which was very reassuring. Lastly, re parking. The mgmt company providing parking is expensive but allows in/out parking, which is very convenient. There are two parking lots right next to the building that charge based on market demand, but don't technically allow in and out, but I'm not sure how they would control that fact.
