The Lake View Luxury Suite is located in a historic building in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Step right outside your door and have access to fine restaurants, galleries, boutiques, marina, East Park concerts and more.

The Lake View Suite is a newly renovated up-scale 1700 sq. ft. suite with three bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds). The Suite has dual entrances- one from Bridge Street in the heart of the shopping district and one from Bridge Park Drive just steps away from the Charlevoix Marina.

With high ceilings and a 16' wall of glass, you can watch the sunrise over beautiful Round Lake while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The 20" x 20" private furnished deck with gas BBQ offers a unique living space with an outstanding view of Round Lake and the marina. Sit back and enjoy watching the boats go to Lake Michigan and to the marina. The Lake View Suite is a short drive from Castle Farms making it a prime location for bridal party and family accommodations

Annual Charlevoix family trip!
This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, it’s our favorite spot in Charlevoix. Beautiful views of Round Lake and you walk out front door into the heart of Bridge Street downtown. We are already booked for 2025 trip, Joan is wonderful to work with!!

My family has been vacationing in Charlevoix for 20+ years. Joan's condo is the best experience we've ever had there! Incredible views and downtown a few steps away.
As a visiting family member said to me, “wow you could move in here for good and be happy”. Lots of closets, open kitchen dining, kitchen area with access to large outdoor deck. Decorated with flare and comfort in mind.

Great visit
This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little hesitant. Joan made it easy and communicated well throughout the entire stay. This location is AMAZING! There are a lot of stairs to climb which was a little harder on my 76 year old mom but we did our best to minimize trips up and down for her. We will definitely be back!

Joan has a special home she is allowing others to experience. We have been coming Up North for over 25 years, and although we have stayed at more expensive properties, this condo is the most comfortable and has the best amenities of anywhere else we have stayed at previously. Perfect Place to Play and Relax
This is our second time renting this wonderful condo, and we plan to rent again and again. The location is convenient and the view of Lake Charlevoix is spectacular. If you’re an early riser, the sunrise is just beautiful. Also, the host was so easy to work with. Activities, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed every minute of great weather, beautiful water, and great food, of course, friendly people. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this place! Perfect for two couples spending a few days up north. The location was amazing- I didn’t realize how awesome it was from the listing. Right downtown, immediately next to That French Place. The deck was a great place to hang out- we were sorry the weather didn’t permit us to spend more time out there. This place is a gem and we would love to come back.
